Seed garlic is sized and graded 2 inches or bigger. It can be used for seed or for cooking. They are considered premium garlic bulbs. $24/lb, $18/half lb
Culinary garlic is smaller than seed. They tend to have a longer shelf life because of their size. Same great garlic, just a smaller bulb. $16/lb, $12/half lb
